Dagenham & Redbridge FC have officially appointed Lee Bradbury as their new First-Team Manager ahead of the 2025/26 National League season, marking a bold new chapter for the East London club.
The 49-year-old arrives with proven managerial pedigree and an extensive background in English football.
With previous stints at AFC Bournemouth, Eastleigh, and Havant & Waterlooville, Bradbury most recently served as First-Team Coach at Port Vale, contributing to their promotion from League Two in the 2024/25 campaign.
The appointment was confirmed this morning by the club’s board, who described Bradbury as the “ideal candidate” to reconnect the club with its community and lead a competitive campaign in the National League.
A Manager with Winning Pedigree
Bradbury brings more than a decade of experience in the dugout and is no stranger to the pressure and pace of non-league football.
His leadership style and tactical awareness have earned him promotion credentials and a reputation for building resilient teams.
Speaking on his appointment, Bradbury shared his excitement:
“I am both proud and excited to become the manager of this excellent club and look forward to getting to work straight away. COYD.”
The club’s board was equally enthusiastic, citing his track record of success and deep understanding of community-driven football culture as core reasons for his hire.
