Tottenham Hotspur have announced the departure of Executive Director Donna-Maria Cullen, marking the end of a distinguished 30-year career at the North London club.
The announcement follows Spurs’ Europa League triumph and signals a significant transition in the club’s leadership structure.
Cullen, one of the most senior female executives in English football, revealed her decision to step down from the board in a heartfelt statement released today.
Her departure brings to a close a three-decade journey that spanned the club’s transformation from White Hart Lane to one of Europe’s most advanced stadiums.
“This has been such a hard decision to make,” Cullen said. “The Club has been my life for the past three decades. It has been quite some journey – amazing memories home and away. Ending this season with the Europa League trophy was a dream come true. Now is the right time for me to dedicate more time to myself and my family.”
She added that she would remain involved in a transitional role over the coming months to ensure a smooth handover with her staff.
