Tottenham Hotspur Women have officially parted company with Head Coach Robert Vilahamn following the end of the 2024/25 Women’s Super League season.

Vilahamn’s exit comes after Spurs slumped to an 11th-place finish in the Barclays WSL, despite reaching the Adobe Women’s FA Cup Final just one year ago — a historic first for the club.

The Swedish coach arrived in July 2023 from BK Häcken with hopes of pushing Spurs into WSL contention.

He initially impressed, securing a sixth-place finish and that dramatic FA Cup run. However, a downturn in form this season ultimately proved costly.

🎙️ Andy Rogers, Managing Director, Tottenham Hotspur Women Said:

There have been some special moments during Robert’s tenure… But results and performances this season have not been to the level we would expect.

The Tottenham Hotspur Women club has confirmed that a new coaching announcement will follow shortly, as attention now turns to rebuilding for the 2025/26 campaign.
